This session on planning your time recognises that in modern business, everyone is pulled in many directions, and there never seems to be enough time in the day. It aims to help people to identify where they SHOULD be spending their time, and help them to make better use of the time they have available. It has optional activities that allow you to turn this 60 minute session into one lasting for 2 hours.
In particular, by the end of the Power Hour they will be able to:
- Recognise the main reasons that they struggle to manage their time
- Clarify the main purpose of their job, and identify the tasks that matter the most
- Use a selection of models and practical ideas to plan and prioritise their time in order to maximise their effectiveness
Download the FREE Key Points Sheet and a selection PowerPoint Slides in PDF format to get a taste of the content (Virtual sessions include more slides to facilitate the session)
